Strategy
into reality
I’m Christian Pille, a design strategist based in Düsseldorf with hands-on experience working across Europe, North America, South America, and Asia. I bridge strategy and execution to help teams move from ambiguity to real-world outcomes—across digital products, physical touchpoints, and the operations that connect them.
With a foundation in industrial design and years in CX/UX and service design, I’m used to complex environments like healthcare and enterprise platforms. My role is often to create clarity: frame the right problem, align stakeholders, surface trade-offs, and turn direction into concepts that can be built and shipped.
I care about craft, but I care even more about whether something works in context—for users, teams, and the system around them.
